Delete your Kudos account

The parent or account holder can request deletion from the website or Android app using the same account.

1. Sign in with the email address used for your Kudos account.
2. Open the parent area and enter your parent PIN if you have set one.
3. Open Account settings, then Progress & leaving, and choose Delete account.
4. Read what will be removed and confirm using your account email address.

What deletion means

Deletion removes your Kudos account and linked learner profiles, answers and progress. It cannot be undone. Active subscriptions handled by Kudos are cancelled as part of the account deletion process.

Records we must retain for legal or financial obligations, such as payment processor records, follow the retention described in our privacy policy.

If you cannot sign in

Use password recovery, or email hello@kudoslearn.co.uk from your account address to request deletion. We will verify that you own the account before removing it. Please never email your password or parent PIN.
