• Billing information: payment details are handled by our payment provider Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

Children's privacy

Kudos is designed for learners preparing for the 11+ exam. Accounts for children under 13 must be created and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children without appropriate consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child without consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run Kudos, such as:

• Supabase, for secure database and authentication services.
• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Analytics and AI partners, solely to improve explanations and learning recommendations.

All providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us.

Data security and retention

We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and secure hosting to protect your data. We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, or fraud prevention needs. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
