Start with one cohort
Open the workspace, invite your tutors and link a few families before you buy anything. All of that is free and stays free. Seats are billed monthly, so you can size it to the term you are actually in.
Safeguarding you cannot switch off
This is built into how Kudos works rather than a setting anyone can switch off. You will be asked about it, by a parent or by whoever signs off safeguarding where you are, so here it is in full.
- Only a parent can connect their child to a tutor. No member of staff can.
- A parent picks which of their children a tutor can see, from their own account.
- A tutor sees practice and mistakes. They never see an address, a birthday, or a parent’s account.
- Tutors can set work. They cannot change, delete or answer anything already done.
- Each tutor sees only their own students. Your staff share seats, not children.
- A parent can disconnect at any time, without asking anyone. Access stops at once.
- Cancel, and every seat comes back to you. Each child keeps Kudos for a fortnight.
